kabarsula TIME welcomes AmaWaterways as Silver Partner bandar SLOT INDONESIA
Travel Industry Mentor Experience (TIME), has welcomed AmaWaterways as a Silver Partner, formalising the cruise line’s longstanding support for mentoring and leadership development within the industry.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing current and future leaders across travel, tourism, cruise, hospitality and aviation, and to strengthening the connections that help the industry grow.
The partnership is meaningful for TIME because of the longstanding support of AmaWaterways managing director of Australia & New Zealand Steve Richards. Over several years, Richards has encouraged team members to participate in TIME as mentees and supported graduates as they return to the community as mentors. AmaWaterways’ partnership extends that commitment through organisational support of the program.
“We’re delighted to welcome AmaWaterways as a Silver Partner,” TIME chair Penny Spencer said. “Steve has long championed TIME, encouraging his team to take part as mentees and mentors.”
TIME’s structured six-month mentoring program connects emerging and established professionals with experienced industry leaders, supporting confidence, leadership capability and career growth. The organisation continues to see strong interest from professionals seeking development, connection and guidance across a changing industry.
“TIME makes a real difference to people across our industry,” Richards said. “We’ve seen our team build leadership skills and return as mentors.”
