Cunard has announced the return of its popular Culinary Residencies with Michel Roux for 2027 and 2028, with five exclusive sailings confirmed on board Queen Anne.
The residencies combine exceptional dining with Cunard’s renowned enrichment program, offering guests the chance to enjoy dishes inspired by one of the world’s most iconic restaurants while spending time with the two-Michelin star chef.
The Michel Roux Culinary Residencies will take place on seven-night Norway and Norwegian Fjords voyages in May, August and September 2027, with further sailings confirmed on a Norway and Denmark voyage in May 2028 and a Norwegian Fjords voyage in June 2028.
At the heart of each residency is Le Gavroche at Sir Samuels, where guests can savour a specially curated tasting menu inspired by the restaurant’s rich heritage and celebrated dishes. With Le Gavroche’s doors now closed on land, Cunard’s Queen Anne is the only place in the world where guests can savour the restaurant’s renowned cuisine.

“Working with Cunard on Le Gavroche at Sea has been a wonderful experience, and I’m delighted to continue the partnership,” Roux said. “Today, Queen Anne is the only place in the world where guests can experience the spirit of Le Gavroche in this way, bringing together exceptional food, great company and unforgettable travel.”
Guests will also have the chance to meet twins Ursula and Silvia Perberschlager, also known as ‘The Sisters’, whose warmth and hospitality made them known figures at Le Gavroche for more than 20 years.
Beyond the dining experience, guests can enjoy a program of exclusive events, including live cooking demonstrations, Cunard Insights talks, Q&A sessions and book signings.
