World360 Rewards, Flight Centre Travel Group’s loyalty program, has appointed Kate Rosenthal as regional growth lead for Victoria and Tasmania.

Rosenthal brings nearly three decades of travel industry experience to the role. Throughout her 28-year career with Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), she built deep expertise across retail, wholesale and trade operations with brands including Great Holiday Escapes, Escape Travel, Flight Centre, and Infinity Holidays.

Her background spans frontline consulting, store management, training and business development. Most recently, she served as national sales & partnerships manager at On the Go Tours.

In her new role, Rosenthal will focus on embedding World360 Rewards into the daily practice of FCTG advisors across Victoria and Tasmania, driving member engagement, acquisition, and customer referrals.

“Kate brings an unmatched depth of experience across retail consulting, wholesale, and trade partnerships,” World360 Rewards executive general manager Clinton Hearne said.

“Having spent nearly 30 years inside the Flight Centre Travel Group ecosystem, she understands the frontline experience inside out, and we are delighted to have her leading our growth across Victoria and Tasmania.”

Rosenthal said she was excited to return to the FCTG network.

World360 Rewards expands its operations team

Rosenthal’s appointment follows a series of recent internal promotions and key appointments at World360 Rewards, including Chris Brandon as head of travel, Emilly Labbett as product manager acquisition and earn, Jeremy Bell as product manager reward and redeem, Shaun Stephenson as data and analytics lead and Jacob Watt as senior commercial analyst, as the business continues to strengthen its team and expand its operational footprint.
