Condé Nast Traveler readers once again voted Viking to first place for rivers and oceans in the publication’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards.

This marks the sixth consecutive year the readers have rated Viking at the top of both the river and ocean categories.

“To be recognised as No.1 in both categories six years in a row is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Viking family,” Viking president and CEO Leah Talactac said. “We are grateful to our guests for their trust and support and proud that our commitment to enriching, destination-focused experiences continues to resonate with curious travellers.”

The recognition is the latest in a series of honours for the cruise line. In addition to the awards from Condé Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure, Viking was recently named to TIME’s 2026 TIME100 Most Influential Companies list, which highlights organisations making an extraordinary impact around the world.

Just last week, Viking hosted travel advisors on a famil trip in France.
