Fellowship Place
Aircraft enthusiasts can enjoy the airport’s iconic plane spotting area Fellowship Place. The airport built the destination to commemorate its 100th year.

Fellowship Place is located at the end of Acacia Street, Brisbane Airport. The purpose-built area offers one of the best vantage points to watch aircrafts arrive and depart.
It features an elevated viewing platform, less obstructed views, shaded seating, and accessible pathways, creating a welcoming space for families, photographers, and aviation enthusiasts.
At the centre of Fellowship Place is the tail of a retired Fokker F28 Fellowship aircraft, now a striking landmark and a tribute to the jet age. Aviation Australia donated the tail after it used the aircraft as a tool to train over 3,000 aircraft engineers.
