Regent Seven Seas Cruises will celebrate its sixth annual Travel Advisor Appreciation Month this November with a series of Destination Discussions.
The series will have short, expert-led discussions uncovering unique destinations alongside relevant voyages and include shore excursions across Japan, Monaco, Italy and Canada.
The cruise line has partnered with tourism boards to deliver the destination series, which goes beyond the well-known sights to uncover the stories, flavours and experiences that make each destination worth discovering.
“We love hosting Travel Advisor Appreciation Month and truly value the unwavering support we receive from our travel partners,” RSSC managing director of luxury group of Asia Pacific Lisa Pile said. “These easy-to-access destination discussions and marketing toolkits are our way of saying thank you to all of them.”

Every week this month, starting 3 November, travel advisors can listen to destination-specific, expert-led discussions via a short, pre-recorded video. From local food and fascinating history to unforgettable experiences, each discussion will come with a ready-to-use marketing toolkit to help travel partners turn destination inspiration into bookings.
The destination discussions
- Japan: 3 November – Kicking off the series, RSSC global luxury brand ambassador Steve Odell and Business Development and Japan National Tourism Organisation senior assistant marketing manager Harriett Bougher will uncover the story of Nagasaki.
- Monaco and Monte Carlo: 10 November – In this discussion, Odell is joined by Tourism Monaco regional manager for AU and NZ Clair Neil, as they take a fresh look at Monte Carlo and Monaco.
- Bari, Italy: 17 November – RSSC senior business development manager Anji Montgomerie, and Italian National Tourist Board country manager Emanuele Attanasio, will explore Bari’s authentic traditions.
- Quebec City, Canada: 24 November – RSSC business development manager Stacey Hill, and Destination Canada’s Nathan McLoughlin will lead the final session, wherein travel advisors will explore the European side of Canada as they go on a tour of the fortified streets of old Québec City.
