The Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) will host a webinar on cruising in Japan for Australian and New Zealand travel advisors this Wednesday 4 November.

The session, Japan 2.0 Series: Cruise Japan, will be hosted live at 12pm AEDT and is the next instalment in JNTO’s Japan 2.0 webinar series.

JNTO said the session would go beyond the basics, examining how cruise itineraries connect major cities with lesser-known ports and destinations and how cruising could complement traditional land-based trips.

The 45-minute update will be followed by a live Q&A. It is open to all Australian and New Zealand travel trade professionals.

JNTO said Japan continued to rank among the most sought-after destinations for Australian and New Zealand travellers. It pitched the session as training for advisors looking to expand their destination knowledge and identify new sales opportunities.
