Corporate Travel Management has had a $65 million security guarantee released by the International Air Transport Association, which has also restored the company’s previous settlement cycles.

The arrangements replace the settlement and guarantee terms introduced in December 2025, which CTM said were temporary measures put in place while its FY25 financial statements were being finalised.

CTM expects the restoration to improve its working capital by approximately $30 million.

“IATA’s decision is an important milestone for CTM, following the successful completion of its latest financial assessment of the Company,” CTM managing director and group chief executive Ana Pedersen said.

“We appreciate IATA’s timely completion of this process.

“Importantly, throughout this period, we have continued to provide uninterrupted service to our clients, with no disruption to ticketing or travel arrangements.”
