JW Marriott Auckland has appointed Lance Ourednik as food and beverage manager, and Vina Ho as conference and event manager. 

Ourednik joins the property with extensive experience across Auckland’s hospitality food and beverage sector.

He worked most recently as food and beverage manager for Grand Millennium Auckland, leading a diverse, multi-outlet operation spanning restaurants, bars, in-room dining, the executive lounge, conferences and events.

Across his career, Ourednik has built a reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence.

His commitment to excellence was recognised during his time at Ampersand Eatery, where he received a Lewisham Award for Best Service.

Ho brings more than 11 years of international hospitality and events experience across the Philippines and Oman.

Her career has included senior events leadership roles with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Hilton, where she managed corporate meetings, large-scale MICE programs, destination weddings, VIP delegations and full hotel buy-outs.

Most recently, Ho served as assistant director of events management for Shangri-La Group in Muscat. Her approach is grounded in careful planning, genuine teamwork and attention to detail.

Together, the appointments strengthen JW Marriott Auckland’s senior leadership capability across two key areas of the business.
