Crystalbrook Collection has officially opened bookings for the 196-room Crystalbrook Sam on Halifax Street, its first hotel in South Australia that will debut in late December.

Just three streets south of Adelaide Central Market, rates start from $275 per night. To celebrate the opening, guests can book the Sam’s Warm Welcome package, which includes two welcome martinis, a signature Sam snack, a bespoke finishing salt to take home, and $25 food and drink credit to enjoy across the hotel.

Hotel highlights

Matines at the top of the hotel will make its debut with South Australian produce cooked over fire, local oysters and coastal favourites, generous plates and martinis served alongside views across the city and towards the Adelaide Hills.

Eléme Day Spa will offer massages, facials and restorative treatments, complemented by the hotel’s heated outdoor pool and sauna. A fully equipped gym is also on hand for guests who prefer their downtime with a little more movement.

Crystalbrook Sam’s design has taken its cues directly from its unique position in Adelaide, with the geometric sawtooth rooflines inspiring the sculptural form of the building, while its orientation brings northern light and city views into every guest room.

Interiors meet a striking collection of sculptural art that unfolds throughout the property. Developed through a studio-led, locally driven approach, the art program brings together South Australian sculptors and local makers, with works woven through the lobby, corridors, guest rooms, wellness and dining spaces.
