Back-Roads Touring has appointed Samantha Morgan and Jessica Hirvonen as business development managers, both starting on 7 September.

Morgan and Hirvonen will join the company’s Australian Sales team.

Morgan will manage New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Hirvonen will manage Victoria as the second business development manager in the region.

Morgan brings nine years of travel industry experience, including four years with Norwegian Cruise Line. She also brings strong trade relationships and extensive experience working with travel advisors.

Hirvonen comes from Flight Centre where she spent the past four years. She brings strong agent relationships, retail experience and energy to the role.

“We’re incredibly excited to welcome Samantha and Jessica to the team,” Back-Roads Touring director of sales Trevor Thwaites said. “They both bring fantastic industry experience, strong trade relationships and a real passion for connecting with our agent partner.”

“Having Samantha and Jessica on the ground will allow us to strengthen our relationships with advisors and provide even more dedicated support across these key markets,” Thwaites added.
