kabarsula Altura Global launches direct-access DMC platform for ANZ trade bandar SLOT INDONESIA
Industry veteran Brett Harvey has launched a local version of Altura Global, a platform that will connect ANZ travel trade professionals directly with independently vetted Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
Spanning more than 30 countries across six global regions and growing, Altura Global gives ANZ product managers, travel advisors, wholesalers and tour operators direct, verified access to ground partners worldwide – cutting out the layers, delays and guesswork that have traditionally slowed international product sourcing.
“The ANZ trade has always needed a faster, more trustworthy way to find and work with overseas ground handlers,” Harvey said. “Too often it comes down to word of mouth, or a cold enquiry into the unknown. Altura Global exists to close that gap. Every partner on the platform has been independently assessed, and the trade deals with them directly.”
Every DMC profile is vetted against Altura’s Six Pillar Framework, covering operational and legal standing, service delivery, risk and crisis management, business communications, financial transparency, and responsible tourism practice – no profile goes live until it passes review.
“The badge on a partner’s profile is a signal the trade can trust,” he said. “It means the licensing, the insurance, the crisis planning and sustainability standards have actually been checked, not just claimed.”

The network already spans Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Central and South Asia, the Americas and the Middle East, across more than 30 countries. New additions include DMCi, a specialist USA and Canada ground operator, and Ashanti African Tours, Ghana’s National Best Tour Operator of the Year 2024.
Leading the launch is Italy’s AG Group, through its DMC arm AG Boutique, as Altura’s inaugural Collections partner. AG Group’s three business units underpin a 41-property Italy Hotel Collection spanning Rome, Tuscany, Piedmont, Sardinia, Sicily and the Dolomites, alongside a white-label Touring Collection of more than 60 NETT-priced Italian itineraries sold under trade partners’ own brands.
“AG Boutique is exactly the kind of partner the Altura Collections were built for,” Harvey said. “Real product, real local expertise, and a willingness to deal directly with the ANZ trade. We expect the Collections to grow well beyond Italy as more of our vetted partners bring their own owned and managed product onto the platform.”

Every enquiry submitted through Altura Global’s Quote Request Tool is sent directly to the relevant DMC’s local team, accompanied by an AI-generated itinerary concept as a starting point for a full quote. The platform is free for the ANZ trade, and quotes returned through the tool carry no commission.
Harvey plans to keep expanding the network and bring on specialist DMCs in fields such as cycling, adventure, educational travel and MICE.
“The goal is simple,” Harvey said. “Wherever in the world the ANZ trade wants to build a trip, we want a vetted, trusted specialist on Altura they can deal with directly, including the niche operators the market has never had an easy way to find.”
