Radisson Blu Resort Fiji has reopened its Chantara Thai Restaurant and Teppanyaki Grill following an extensive renovation, with both venues already welcoming guests back.

Located beside the resort’s waterfall, the refreshed spaces feature updated furnishings and lighting, alongside upgraded menus of Thai and Japanese cuisine led by executive chef Abbass Fawaz.

General manager Charles Homsy said the reopening marked an exciting moment for the resort.

“Our owners have made a substantial investment in transforming our dining outlets, reflecting our commitment to continually enhancing the guest experience,” Homsy said.

Teppanyaki also offers private celebrations and corporate event bookings, in addition to lunch and dinner service.

Radisson Blu Resort Fiji sits on Denarau Island, 25 minutes from Nadi International Airport, and has 270 rooms and suites across five dining venues.
