KrisShop, the retailer and e-commerce platform of Singapore Airlines, has launched in Australia at krisshop.com.au, its first overseas market.

The curated online marketplace gives Australian KrisFlyer members expanded opportunities to redeem and earn miles locally, reflecting what the airline says is a strong preference among Australian members for shopping via mile redemptions.

Shoppers can redeem KrisFlyer miles on the platform while getting faster nationwide delivery and lower domestic shipping fees and can earn miles on every purchase without needing to book a flight or fly with Singapore Airlines or Scoot.

The local site is powered by marketplace platform Mirakl and offers a curated range of premium gifts, beauty, fashion, home and lifestyle products from brands including Antler, Bose, Smeg, Dyson, SharkNinja, Pandora Australia and Samsung, supported by Australian retail partners such as Harvey Norman.

KrisShop CEO Rachel Tan said Australia was a key market for the business.

“Our Australian customers are at the heart of this launch, as Australia is a very important market for KrisShop,” Tan said. “This launch is about making shopping simpler, faster, and more rewarding for KrisFlyer members here – by offering local delivery, working with trusted local retail partners, and providing more ways to earn and redeem miles, we’re bringing everyday convenience directly to our customers and strengthening our connection with them.”

Mirakl CEO Asia Pacific & Japan Tzipi Avioz said the launch marked a new chapter for Singapore Airlines’ loyalty ecosystem in the region, with the partnership set to help KrisShop localise the customer experience and deepen engagement with Australian customers.
