The Festival of Aviation & Corporate Travel Summits (FACTS) has announced a strategic partnership with PCMA, which will curate part of the Business Events Summit program at FACTS 2026.

Under the deal, PCMA will put together a dedicated education session drawing on global experts from its APAC community. Titled ‘Beyond the Event: Turning Moments into Momentum’, it will run at 11.30am on Day 2 (Thursday 26 November) and feature a panel of business event strategists and event marketing experts.

PCMA will then host its signature PCMA LABS – Sydney luncheon and workshop at ICC Sydney. The peer-to-peer session will share regional case studies and insights from industry creatives, strategists and event marketers, exploring ‘Measuring Impact: Beyond Attendance to Real World Outcomes’.

PCMA managing director APAC Florence Chua said the organisation was pleased to contribute to a program that “brings the business events and corporate travel communities together in Sydney”.

“Education and meaningful industry connection are central to PCMA, and this collaboration with FACTS gives us the opportunity to bring the perspectives and expertise of the global PCMA community to Sydney while creating further opportunities for business events professionals to learn, connect and exchange ideas,” she said.

FACTS co-founder Derek Sadubin said the partnership was another step in building a strong and diverse business events program.

“Having PCMA curate part of the program gives us access to another important global community of expertise and ensures the conversation at FACTS extends well beyond traditional corporate travel,” he said.

He added that travel, meetings and events increasingly sit within the same ecosystem, but the industry can still operate in separate lanes.

“FACTS is deliberately creating a place where those communities come together, to learn from each other and meet the organisations shaping their future,” Sadubin said. “PCMA is an excellent fit for that vision and we’re looking forward to building the relationship beyond this first collaboration.”

FACTS 2026 will run 25–26 November at ICC Sydney. It spans four summits – corporate travel, aviation, business events and travel payments.
