Vestige Collection has opened reservations for Vestige Xaudum, the first of four lodges that will form the new Vestige Namibia circuit in the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n Vestige Xaudum, which sits deep within Khaudum National Park in northern Namibia, will welcome its first guests from 15 March 2027.<\/p>\n The lodge is perched on a Kalahari sand dune overlooking an ancient fossil riverbed. Khaudum spans more than 3,800 km\u00b2. The region features migratory elephant herds, endangered African wild dogs, alongside lion, leopard, cheetah and roan antelope.<\/span><\/p>\n Vestige Estudio shaped the architecture and interiors of Vestige Xaudum. Bold, sculptural forms respond to the landscape, framing views across the ancient riverbed, while natural materials and a palette reflecting the colours of the Kalahari, ground the contemporary design in its setting.<\/p>\n With just six suites, space and privacy are central to the guest experience. Five one-bedroom suites each afford spacious indoor and outdoor living, while the two-bedroom suite offers four private decks and a plunge pool.<\/p>\n For the safari experience, private guides and specialist vehicles allow guests the freedom to respond to recent wildlife movements and their own interests: changing direction because lions are roaming nearby, lingering over an elephant herd or whiling away the afternoon observing Khaudum\u2019s extraordinary birdlife.<\/p>\n \u201cKhaudum National Park offers something increasingly rare: extraordinary space and true wilderness,\u201d Vestige Collection chief sales and marketing officer S\u00e9bastien Styger said. \u201cAt Vestige Xaudum, we give guests the freedom to experience it without a fixed formula \u2013 to follow wildlife at nature\u2019s pace, learn from the people who know the landscape intimately, and have the time to explore whatever captures their interest.\u201d<\/p>\n Vestige Sorris Sorris, Vestige Omatendeka and Vestige Sheya Shuushona will open shortly after Vestige Xaudum\u2019s debut.
