The homegrown TFE Hotels has unveiled a $100 million investment across its first-generation Adina apartment hotels, spanning new openings and refurbishments in Australia, Europe and the UK.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The program will upgrade guest rooms, public spaces and amenities at key properties, with a focus on design, comfort and the apartment-style living experience the Adina brand is known for.<\/p>\n

Adina Darling Harbour has reopened following an extensive refurbishment, with revamped guest rooms, revitalised public areas and the launch of new restaurant Shoreline Kitchen. Designed by Bates Smart, the 114-room property draws on Darling Harbour\u2019s natural surrounds, featuring harbour blues, seafoam greens and oyster shell tones. The refurbishment also opened up the lobby, restaurant and pool areas to improve flow between the hotel and the harbour. The hotel marks 26 years since it opened ahead of the Sydney 2000 Olympics.<\/p>\n

TFE Hotels chief executive officer Antony Ritch said the Adina brand was evolving as travellers increasingly sought hotels offering both full-service amenities and a home-like living experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re working closely with our third-party hotel owners to elevate the guest experience by leaning into what makes Adina unique \u2013 generous liveable spaces, relaxed Australian hospitality, and an elevated design approach,\u201d Ritch said.<\/p>\n

New Adina properties are also in the pipeline for Brisbane, Hobart, Cambridge and Glasgow, alongside a rollout of new brand activations and a digital guest experience platform across the portfolio.<\/p>\n

The Darling Harbour refresh follows recent investment at Adina Perth, where a refurbishment drew on Western Australian colours and landscapes, and the top-to-bottom overhaul of Adina Town Hall in Sydney last year.<\/p>\n

In Europe, Adina Frankfurt Neue Oper is midway through a 12-month refurbishment of its 134 apartments and public areas, incorporating natural materials, warm lighting and artwork from local and Australian artists. TFE\u2019s head of operations for EU and the UK, Moritz Klein, said ESG principles were embedded throughout the design to ensure sustainability through timeless quality and responsible sourcing.<\/p>\n

Adina Budapest has completed a nine-month refurbishment of 75 guest rooms and public spaces in its main wing, introducing an earth-toned palette with olive ceilings and yellow accents. General manager Ang\u00e9la Gergye said guest feedback on the new look had been overwhelmingly positive.<\/p>\n

Further refurbishments are planned across Adina\u2019s pipeline in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Singapore.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
