Terra Nova Expeditions has confirmed that its Terra Nova Adventurer<\/em> ship will operate the upcoming 2026-27 and 2027-28 Antarctic seasons.<\/strong><\/p>\n The vessel will replace St Helena<\/em>, which is unable to reposition from the Persian Gulf for the start of the 2026-2027 Antarctic season due to the situation in the Middle East.<\/p>\n Terra Nova Expeditions has finalised an agreement for Terra Nova Adventurer across the next three Antarctic seasons. The cruise line confirmed that its Antarctic itineraries and expedition programme will continue as planned aboard Terra Nova Adventurer.<\/p>\n Terra Nova Adventurer<\/em> was previously MS Expedition<\/em> and G Expedition <\/em>and has a long history of expedition cruising in Antarctica. The ship\u2019s design and expedition infrastructure offer a number of operational advantages in polar environments, including enhanced ice capability, a large expedition mudroom and direct Zodiac boarding arrangements designed to support efficient movement between ship and shore. It also features observation areas and onboard facilities, including a lounge, library, spa and gym.<\/p>\n Terra Nova Expeditions will enhance the ship ahead of its first season with the company.
