Riyadh, Nov. 08 (SANA)<\/strong> The Saudi-led Coalition<\/a> to Support Legitimacy in Yemen<\/a> announced on Sunday that its air defenses had intercepted and destroyed Houthi-launched ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and a drone targeting Saudi Arabia<\/a>.<\/p>\n Coalition spokesperson Maj. Gen. Turki al-Maliki said in a statement posted on X that air defenses had intercepted and destroyed two ballistic missiles launched toward Riyadh, without providing further details.<\/p>\n The coalition had earlier announced that it had intercepted and destroyed another ballistic missile launched toward the Kingdom\u2019s Eastern Province.<\/p>\n In a separate announcement, al-Maliki said coalition air defenses had intercepted and destroyed a drone launched by the Houthi militia toward Saudi Arabia\u2019s southern region.
