IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) and SKS Group have signed an agreement for Holiday Inn Express Perth City Centre, bringing a new 103-room hotel to the heart of Perth\u2019s central business district.<\/strong><\/p>\n Holiday Inn Express Perth City Centre will feature the brand\u2019s latest Generation 5 design, introducing contemporary, flexible spaces and smart technology designed around the needs of today\u2019s travellers.<\/p>\n The signing ceremony, held at InterContinental Perth City Centre, brought together IHG, SKS Group and City of Perth Lord Mayor Bruce Reynolds to mark the milestone in the partnership.<\/p>\n \u201cPerth remains an important growth market for IHG, supported by strong corporate demand and increasing appeal as a leisure destination,\u201d IHG managing director of Australasia and Pacific Matt Tripolone said. \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to be expanding our partnership with SKS Group and bringing another Holiday Inn Express to such a prominent CBD location.\u201d<\/p>\n Holiday Inn Express Perth City Centre sits at 178 St Georges Terrace and will transform the former Singapore Airlines House office building into contemporary accommodation for business and leisure travellers.<\/p>\n The hotel will offer easy access to the city\u2019s major corporate offices, Elizabeth Quay and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, as well as the surrounding dining, shopping and entertainment precincts.
