Hilton has named Andrew Ling regional head of focused service and all suites brands for Asia Pacific, while Alex Shockley has been appointed senior director of lifestyle and collection brands for the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ling moves across from his previous role as senior director of lifestyle brands. He has been with Hilton for more than seven years and will now oversee brand strategy, growth, stewardship and performance across a 905-hotel portfolio, spanningHilton Garden Inn, Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, Spark by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton.<\/p>\n Shockley brings almost 10 years of Hilton experience. His previous roles include director of brand management for Curio Collection by Hilton and director of global responsible sourcing and sustainability.<\/p>\n He helped develop Hilton\u2019s first corporate foundation and launched its Travel with Purpose program, before joining the Asia Pacific lifestyle brands team. Shockley will lead a portfolio that includes Canopy by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Tempo by Hilton and Motto by Hilton.<\/p>\n \u201cBringing the right talent and leadership to these two strategically important categories is critical as we continue to grow and evolve our brand portfolio across Asia Pacific,\u201d Hilton senior vice president, Brand Management, Asia Pacific Tal Shefer said.<\/p>\n \u201cAlex and Andrew bring deep Hilton experience, strong regional understanding, and a clear focus on delivering value for our guests, owners, and partners.
