Travel Industry Mentor Experience (TIME), has welcomed AmaWaterways as a Silver Partner, formalising the cruise line\u2019s longstanding support for mentoring and leadership development within the industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n The partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing current and future leaders across travel, tourism, cruise, hospitality and aviation, and to strengthening the connections that help the industry grow.<\/p>\n The partnership is meaningful for TIME because of the longstanding support of AmaWaterways managing director of Australia & New Zealand Steve Richards. Over several years, Richards has encouraged team members to participate in TIME as mentees and supported graduates as they return to the community as mentors.
