The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) will host the world premiere of Ch\u00e2teau Merveilles, an immersive experience combining\u00a0 French cuisine with audio-visual effects.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The experience is coming to Melbourne for one night only and will entertain more than 1,000 guests on 22 October.<\/p>\n

Melbourne will host the first instalment of a world tour visiting Qatar, South Korea, Bahrain, and China. The experience will celebrate the culture, artistry and culinary heritage of France.<\/p>\n

Chefs Guillaume Brahimi, Pierrick Boyer and Quentin Zerr will headline the menu, which puts the best of France on the plate while the experience transports guests to the country\u2019s most iconic and recognisable landmarks through panoramic visual projections.<\/p>\n

Ch\u00e2teau Merveilles will use state-of-the-art technology to entertain the guests.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

To deliver the event at scale, MCEC\u2019s culinary team will work closely alongside the guest chefs to prepare and serve more than 4,000 plates across the four-course menu, making sure every guest enjoys a remarkable experience.<\/p>\n

Allegria Agency created Ch\u00e2teau Merveilles and the French Government backed the project through the France 2030 initiative.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
