Explora Journeys is introducing its first President\u2019s Journey with company president Anna Nash hosting the voyage from Barcelona to Tenerife aboard EXPLORA II<\/em> from 9 to 16 December 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n The trip is part of the cruise line\u2019s A Serene Mediterranean Winter 2026\u20132027 Journeys Collection.<\/p>\n Nash herself designed the journey, which brings together returning and first-time guests for an experience focused on connection, conversation and the Ocean State of Mind.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is my first President\u2019s Journey, and I am genuinely looking forward to having this time with our guests \u2013 to talk, to listen and to hear their perspectives firsthand,\u201d Nash said. \u201cMy career has largely been shaped outside the cruise industry, which gives me a different perspective on the guest experience and on what luxury hospitality at sea can be.\u201d<\/p>\n Throughout the Journey, guests will have opportunities to connect with Nash informally, whether on morning walks or at intimate dinners. The Journey also creates space for dialogue.<\/p>\n In Gibraltar, a destination experience created especially for the President\u2019s Journey offers privileged access to some of the territory\u2019s most significant historic landmarks. Following a scenic drive through Gibraltar and an exploration of its famous World War II tunnels, guests will visit The Convent, the historic official residence of the Governor of Gibraltar.<\/p>\n The Journey continues to Casablanca, where an overnight stay gives guests the opportunity to experience the city at a more leisurely pace. During the evening, a signature complimentary Destination Experience at the Royal Mansour Casablanca brings guests together with Nash for a sunset cocktail in an intimate, limited-capacity setting. The following day leaves time for independent exploration of the city.<\/p>\n The enrichment program throughout the Journey welcomes Lewis Pugh, UN Patron of the Ocean and world-record-holding endurance swimmer, whose extraordinary relationship with the world\u2019s oceans brings a compelling perspective on exploration and conservation.<\/p>\n Annabel Croft, former British No.1 tennis player, leading sports broadcaster and television presenter, shares perspectives shaped by a remarkable career in international sport and broadcasting.<\/p>\n Joining them, Matt Barbet, broadcaster and journalist, brings his experience of storytelling and current affairs, while Gail Packer, ocean travel destination expert, offers insight shaped by her extensive experience of the world of ocean travel.
