These new Suites on our next generation narrowbody fleet are another step in that journey, transforming the premium cabin experience and the level of comfort for our customers flying on longer domestic and short and medium haul international services.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Emirates<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Emirates has also been rapidly expanding its premium offering, including across its Australian network.<\/p>\n<p>The Dubai-based carrier is in the midst of a US$5 billion retrofit program covering more than 200 aircraft, adding thousands of Premium Economy seats alongside refreshed Business and First Class cabins.<\/p>\n<p>Australia has been a major focus of the rollout. Sydney and Melbourne already receive Emirates aircraft fitted with Premium Economy, while Brisbane has also gained the cabin. Globally, it expects Premium Economy capacity to reach around four million seats annually by the end of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Emirates deputy president and chief commercial officer Adnan Kazim has described the cabin as a \u201cstrategic differentiator\u201d as travellers increasingly seek premium experiences.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Air New Zealand<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Across the Tasman, Air New Zealand is also putting considerably more real estate into the pointy end of its aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>The airline\u2019s new Boeing 787-9 cabin introduces greater premium capacity alongside its new Business Premier and Business Premier Luxe products, with the latter offering additional space and privacy at the front of the Business cabin.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_817081\" Economy seats \u2014 a substantial increase in premium capacity compared with earlier versions of the aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>The changes are particularly relevant to Australian travellers given Air New Zealand\u2019s extensive trans-Tasman network, which connects Auckland with Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and the Gold Coast, among other destinations.<\/p>\n<p>The airline is also expanding its Australian footprint, with Auckland-Western Sydney flights beginning in November 2026 and Christchurch-Perth services launching in December.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>kabarsula SLOT
