Paradise Resort Gold Coast has introduced the Oh Shun Blu, an adults-only pool and bar precinct for parents.<\/strong><\/p>\n The new precinct will feature a heated 25-metre swimming pool with spa jets, landscaped surrounds, poolside lounging and a bar, exclusively for Paradise Resort guests aged 18 and up.<\/p>\n Stage one of Oh Shun Blue will also feature 12 Pool Access Rooms, giving guests in selected Deluxe Resort Rooms direct access to the pool and bar.<\/p>\n Stage two, due to open in early 2027, will add an indoor tapas and lounge bar. The precinct sits away from the resort\u2019s waterparks and family facilities.<\/p>\n The resort expects to welcome the first guests to the new space this Christmas. Paradise Resort Gold Coast general manager David Brook said the idea for an adults\u2019 zone has been part of his thinking since he joined the property 16 years ago.<\/p>\n \u201cThe focus on children was there, but we knew we had to keep developing the kids\u2019 experience and make family entertainment the heart of the resort,\u201d Brook said. \u201cAt the same time, in the back of my mind was always the goal of creating a dedicated zone where adults could enjoy part of the holiday for themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n Resort owner Dr Jerry Schwartz funded the development and supported Oh Shun Blu throughout.<\/p>\n![\"Paradise](\"https:\/\/travelweekly.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Cropped_Resized_Oh-Shun-Blu-tapas-bar-and-restaurant-adults-area-Paradise-Resort-Gold-Coast-1024x683.png\"\/)
