Galanty attributed this to the brand’s Melon technology platform combined with dedicated travel consultants for every customer.

Closer to home, the ANZ Corporate business recorded its best-ever year for both TTV and profit, cementing its position as the number one player in the local market.

Galanty said much of the year’s profit growth stemmed from a multi-year “productive operations” push to modernise the business, automating processes and giving customers more self-service tools – without compromising service levels. The company hit record SLA, NPS and CSAT scores over the year.

“Our focus is now shifting from productivity to growth,” Galanty said. “We’ll be investing more in sales and marketing this year, and next, than we ever have before.”

He also pointed to continued investment in FCTG’s proprietary technology platforms, FCM Booking and Melon, and the group’s two AI tools – SAM in FCM and MEL in Corporate Traveller.

FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller Global COO Melissa Elf said the FY26 result underscored the resilience of the corporate travel sector, with businesses continuing to prioritise face-to-face travel despite economic and geopolitical uncertainty.

“The performance reflects the strength of our offering, the dedication of our people and the trust our customers place in us every day,” Elf said. “As we look ahead to FY27, we’re confident in the role business travel will continue to play in connecting people, supporting economic activity and helping organisations unlock new opportunities.”

kabarsula SLOT

Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) corporate division has delivered record total transaction value (TTV) and…

[1

post-257","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-kabarsula
["GET
