Crystal will add a new Owner\u2019s Suite and four Junior Penthouse Premium Suites to Crystal Serenity<\/em> after the ship\u2019s 2028 dry dock, with the accommodations to be available for sailing from 5 May 2028.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All five suites will be on Deck 11 and midship. The Crystal Owner\u2019s Suite offers 160sqm of space, plus a 38sqm veranda. It is a two-bedroom suite designed by naval architect and naval design historian Paolo Piccione.<\/p>\n

The suite features a living room with a library and fireplace, and a dining area with panoramic ocean views, a butler\u2019s pantry and personalised bar service. A hi-fi system will provide multi-zone music indoors and on the veranda. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two walk-in wardrobes and a marble-lined bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, aimed at guests travelling with family. The suite also includes Technogym equipment with ocean views.<\/p>\n

The four Junior Penthouse Premium Suites are inspired by layouts on Crystal Symphony<\/em>. Each offers 80sqm of interior space and a 19sqm veranda. They will join the ship\u2019s six existing Junior Penthouse Deluxe Suites.<\/p>\n

Bernie Leypold, Crystal\u2019s senior vice president of hotel operations, said the line is \u201ccontinuing to thoughtfully evolve\u201d Crystal Serenity<\/em> while preserving the character guests love. He said the suites bring in fresh design elements and greater choice, creating \u201can accommodation collection that feels cohesive, contemporary and distinctly Crystal\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Owner\u2019s Suite builds on the one aboard Crystal Grace<\/em>, which is under construction at Fincantieri and due to debut in 2028. Two sister ships will follow in 2031 and 2034.<\/p>\n

AKTG acquired Crystal in 2022 and invested US$170 million (AU$243 million) in refurbishing Crystal Serenity<\/em> and Crystal Symphony<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Crystal is home to the first Le Casino de Monte-Carlo at sea, through an exclusive partnership with Monte-Carlo Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer (SBM), as well as an exceptional collection of dining experiences. These include Umi Uma, the only restaurant at sea by chef Nobu Matsuhisa; Beefbar, a collaboration with visionary restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi; and Osteria d\u2019Ovidio, featuring a specially curated menu by Italian chefs and restaurateurs Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo. The ships also feature Aur\u014dra Spa, offering cutting-edge wellness, and Broadway-style entertainment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
