TFE Hotels has announced a string of senior appointments across their Australian team, promoting three long-serving operational leaders.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sid Singh has been appointed area general manager NSW, recognising his operational, commercial and people-focused leadership across TFE Hotels\u2019 Sydney portfolio.<\/p>\n

In his previous role, Singh led multi-brand hotel operations through the post-COVID recovery, oversaw major capital expenditure and compliance projects, and contributed to business-wide initiatives spanning people, technology, cluster reservations and AI-enabled operational reviews.<\/p>\n

Over the past 16 years, he has also helped develop future leaders and strengthen TFE Hotels\u2019 internal talent pipeline. Based at the newly refurbished Adina Sydney Darling Harbour, Singh will assume responsibility for the group\u2019s portfolio in Sydney.<\/p>\n

In Canberra, area general manager ACT and Southern NSW Jay Hore will add Adina Wollongong to his portfolio.<\/p>\n

Across more than 18 years at TFE, Hore has led multiple properties, developed high-performing teams and built strong relationships with owners and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese promotions recognise the significant contribution Sid and Jay have made to TFE Hotels, and the leadership they have demonstrated throughout their careers with us,\u201d TFE Hotels senior director of operations ANZ Tish Nyar said.\u00a0\u201cWe wish them every success in their expanded portfolios.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shaarn Letele has been appointed general manager of Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour, bringing more than 17 years\u2019 experience with TFE Hotels in senior roles across Australia and New Zealand. Nyar said Letele\u2019s experience across hotel operations and major projects positioned him well for the role.<\/p>\n

Broader operational changes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As part of the changes, Nyar will increase his remit to focus more on strategic operational activities and alignment across the ANZ region, while supporting TFE Hotels\u2019 area and cluster general managers.<\/p>\n

Regional general manager of Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia Ajay Vaid will have his regional remit expanded to include Western Australia and the Northern Territory.<\/p>\n

In Queensland, Briana Hill has expanded her responsibilities beyond Adina Brisbane, taking on a cluster role with operational oversight of three hotels in Brisbane.<\/p>\n

Group chief operating officer Chris Sedgwick said the changes would help set the business up for future growth, while also creating more opportunities for people to step into new roles and supporting succession planning across the organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
