Damascus, Sept. 29 (SANA) <\/strong>Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani<\/a> met EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas<\/a> in Damascus to discuss Syria-EU relations and ways to strengthen cooperation.<\/p>\n The talks covered the latest political and security developments in the region, as well as efforts to support stability in Syria, promote economic recovery and advance reconstruction and development projects.<\/p>\n Earlier Tuesday, Social Affairs and Labor Minister Hind Kabawat held talks with Kallas and her delegation on cooperation in social protection and sustainable development.<\/p>\n Their talks also covered civil society\u2019s role in delivering services and strengthening social cohesion.
