The Travel Industry Mentor Experience (TIME) welcomed a sold-out audience to the Sydney offices of Amadeus on Wednesday evening as it celebrated its latest cohort of graduates and mentors.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nine graduating mentees took to the stage to reflect on their six-month mentoring journeys, whilst guest speaker Leanne Geraghty of Sydney Airport shared the career journey and experiences that have shaped her leadership, together with seven guiding principles that have helped her navigate opportunities, challenges and change.<\/p>\n

Long-time TIME mentor Neil Thompson facilitated an insightful and highly interactive workshop on customer loyalty. Mentees explored what genuinely builds loyalty, working together to consider how organisations can create stronger customer connections and lasting value.<\/p>\n

A particularly moving highlight was the presentation of the inaugural Richard Froggatt Memorial Scholarship to Jessica Kilbride Parris, manager trade marketing at Qantas. The scholarship was presented by Richard\u2019s partner in life and business, Gaye Wood, who travelled from New Zealand to honour his remarkable contribution to aviation and his passion for supporting and developing future industry leaders.<\/p>\n

TIME Founder and Chair Penny Spencer said the evening reflected the generosity and sense of community that have defined TIME for more than 15 years.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe quality of our graduates and the honesty of their reflections were exceptional. To also share such a personal tribute to Richard and see Jessica begin her TIME journey through the first scholarship established in his memory made this an especially meaningful evening. We are deeply grateful to every mentor, partner and supporter who helps our people and our industry move forward,\u201d said Spencer.<\/p>\n

The formal program was followed by lively networking, with mentees, mentors, partners and industry colleagues reconnecting and forming new relationships across the Amadeus offices.<\/p>\n

TIME extends its sincere thanks to Amadeus for once again welcoming the TIME community and for its long-standing support of the program. Special thanks also go to Leanne Geraghty, Neil Thompson, Gaye Wood and everyone who came together to recognise the graduates and celebrate their achievements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
