Australia\u2019s booming major events calendar has another blockbuster on its hands, with Calvin Harris selling more than 330,000 tickets for his 2027 Australian tour.<\/strong><\/p>\n All 10 shows have sold out, making it the largest electronic headline tour in Australian history, according to promoters Untitled Group, Full Circle and Live Nation.<\/p>\n Sydney will host the biggest leg of the tour, with 150,000 people expected across five consecutive shows at The Domain from 20 to 24 February.<\/p>\n The run is also the biggest by a headline artist in The Domain\u2019s history and is set to bring a significant influx of concertgoers into Sydney over the five nights.<\/p>\n The tour will open at Perth\u2019s Langley Park on 18 February, followed by Brisbane\u2019s RNA Showgrounds on 19 February. Harris will then head to Sydney before finishing with three shows at Melbourne\u2019s Flemington Racecourse.<\/p>\n Demand prompted promoters to repeatedly expand the tour before tickets had even gone on general sale.<\/p>\n Second Sydney and Melbourne shows were announced ahead of the 23 September pre-sale, before third dates were added in both cities. Two further Sydney shows were released during the general sale on 24 September and sold out within minutes.<\/p>\n Nicholas Greco, co-founder and managing partner at Untitled Group, said the result reflected Australia\u2019s appetite for electronic music.<\/p>\n \u201cTo see Calvin Harris become the highest-selling electronic headline tour in Australian history is an incredible milestone,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cIt speaks not only to the calibre of artist Calvin is, but to the fans who have shown up in such an extraordinary way to make this possible.\u201d<\/p>\n The tour will be Harris\u2019s first dedicated Australian headline run.
