Nyaal Banyul achieved 16 verified features.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Initiatives noted in the certification include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>enhanced cleaning and sanitisation<\/li>\n<li>improved indoor air quality through increased outdoor air and high-efficiency filtration<\/li>\n<li>emergency preparedness planning<\/li>\n<li>clear health and wellbeing policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Green Star Buildings rating, from the Green Building Council of Australia, assesses the sustainability performance of a building\u2019s design and construction.
