EgyptAir is Sydney Airport\u2019s newest airline, with plans to launch a new service connecting Cairo, Singapore and Sydney from 2027 \u2013 creating a new air link between Australia and Egypt.<\/strong><\/p>\n The proposed service will be the first direct link between Sydney and Cairo via Singapore, with Egypt Sydney Airport\u2019s largest unserved market in Africa for Australian travellers.<\/p>\n The service will provide passengers with convenient access to Cairo, one of the world\u2019s oldest and most culturally significant cities, as well as onward connections across Egypt, Africa, Europe and the Middle East through EgyptAir\u2019s extensive network.<\/p>\n The new airline brings Sydney Airport to a record 54 airlines, reinforcing its position as Australia\u2019s leading international gateway.
