The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has launched ‘Hong Kong Gourmet Month’ after the conclusion of ‘Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival’, which drew over 171,000 visitors.

Throughout November, the tourism board is partnering with more than 400 restaurants, bars and outlets across the city to present limited-time menus, dining offers and unique experiences.

The campaign is built around five themed dining experiences, designed to take visitors and locals from lunch to late night. Festival participants can also access more than 250 additional privileges across the city through a “Gourmet Month Privilege Card”, handed out at the festival venue. Offers include discounted menus, welcome drinks, buy-one-get-one-free deals and event redemptions.

“The ‘Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival’ has drawn to a successful close, attracting visitors from around the world as well as locals, and fully showcasing Hong Kong’s appeal as an international culinary capital,” HKTB chairman Peter Lam said.

“The ‘Hong Kong Gourmet Month’ now takes the benefits of the Festival further, extending them across the city.”

  • Taste More Hong Kong: More than 200 restaurants are offering limited-time lunch and dinner menus at up to 30 per cent off selected options. Cuisines span traditional Cantonese, innovative Chinese and international dishes, as well as local neighbourhood specialities and harbour-view dining.
  • Hong Kong Late-Night Dining Guide: Nearly 80 food and beverage brands and more than 100 outlets are offering exclusive deals after 9pm. Some venues in tourist hotspots will stay open until midnight or into the early hours.
  • Cocktail Fest Month: The programme features 30 handpicked bars and six themed routes, covering hidden speakeasies, local Hong Kong flavours, classic Central bars, rising mixology stars, luxury hotel bars, and food and drink pairings.
  • Sip and Savour in LKF: More than 20 restaurants and bars in Lan Kwai Fong are presenting a limited-edition night-time experience. Alongside Gourmet Month food and drink offers, the precinct will host mixology workshops, retro-themed nights and DJ performances.
