Janu, Aman Group’s lifestyle brand, will expand its residential portfolio into Ras Al Khaimah with Janu Residences, Al Marjan Island – a 132-key hotel paired with 73 branded residences.

Groundbreaking took place in July 2026, marking the start of construction.

Marjan and Wynn Resorts are jointly developing the project, which SCDA Architects designed. The property sits adjacent to Wynn Al Marjan Island, the region’s first integrated resort, about 70km from Dubai.

• It has 73 branded residences, from 197sqm one-bedroom homes to a 1761sqm five-bedroom penthouse
• Five Marina Villas on the island’s eastern shoreline, with sunrise views over the Arabian Gulf
• Double-height living spaces in selected residences
• A 132-key hotel
• A 2496sqm Janu Spa and Wellness Centre
• Cryotherapy facilities, a padel court and a 30m swimming pool

Additionally, Residents can enjoy direct access to a 265 -metre -long private beach and exclusive mooring at the island’s superyacht Wynn Marina, accommodating yachts of up to 85 metres in
length.

The launch follows the debut of Janu Residences, Dubai earlier this year, the brand’s first residential offering in the UAE. It also builds on the success of Janu Tokyo, the brand’s first property, which earned a place among The World’s 50 Best Hotels within two years of opening and won two MICHELIN Keys. Janu has further projects planned for Turks and Caicos, Montenegro and Saudi Arabia.
