Vietjet is offering international fares for just $199 one way from now until 3:00AM (AEDT) 2 November to mark the launch of its new Hanoi–Tainan route and the resumption of direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Chiang Mai.

The offer applies to eligible flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, departing between 1 November 2026, and 31 October 2027.

Vietjet continues to expand its international network with the launch of the Hanoi–Tainan route and the resumption of Ho Chi Minh City–Chiang Mai flights, each operating four round–trip flights per week. The new services offer passengers more convenient travel options while fostering tourism, trade and cultural exchange across Asia.

These new routes add to Vietjet’s growing network of international connections. From tropical island escapes to cultural adventures and European city breaks, travelers have more options to shape a trip around their interests.

Vietjet will commence services between Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) and Ho Chi Minh City on 10 January 2027, further expanding air connectivity between Vietnam and Australia.
