Azamara Cruises has partnered with Premier Golf, the official golf travel partner of the PGA of America, to launch a collection of eight golf-themed sailings across 2027 and 2028.

The cruises span all four Azamara ships and visit Ireland, Scotland, the British Isles, Northern Europe, the Pacific Coast, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Featured courses include Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland, Torrey Pines South in California and Cape Kidnappers in New Zealand.

Two tiers are on offer. The Classic Collection targets avid golfers chasing traditional links courses, including layouts where walking is part of the game. The Leisure Collection features cart-friendly courses for casual golfers and mixed-ability groups. The Ireland, Scotland, British Isles and Northern Europe cruises offer both options, while the other four sailings offer one collection each.

Depending on the sailing and package, golfers can play three to five rounds. Packages generally include golf transfers, carts or caddies where applicable, lunch at each course, and welcome and farewell celebrations.

Azamara and Premier Golf are also introducing five pre- and post-cruise golf experiences in Shenzhen (Mission Hills), La Jolla in California, Singapore’s Sentosa Island and Te Arai in New Zealand. Options include a post-cruise round at Torrey Pines South, rounds at Sentosa Golf Club and two-night escapes with rounds on Te Arai’s North and South courses. More extensions are in development.

“Golf and travel are both driven by a sense of passion and discovery, and this partnership brings those interests together in a way that is uniquely Azamara,” Azamara CEO Dondra Ritzenthaler said.

“Our guests can play some of the world’s most sought-after courses while experiencing the intimate ships, longer stays and destination immersion that set Azamara Cruises apart.”
