kabarsula G Adventures unveils GX lineup ahead of Cambodia World Community Tourism Summit bandar SLOT INDONESIA

G Adventures and its non-profit partner, Planeterra, have officially dropped the details for the 2026 GX Summit in Cambodia this month.

A group of 13 of G Adventures’ top-selling Australian and New Zealand agents will join the community tourism pioneer at this year’s event alongside 650 global partners, suppliers and G Adventures staff.

Following a ‘non-conference’ theme, the World Community Tourism Summit on September 27 will bring together global thought leaders to share new perspectives on how travel can be a force for good, including a session with Australian travel writer Nina Karnikowski.

Back for a second year, Judy Kepher Gona from Sustainable Travel and Tourism Africa will speak on the importance of active listening and building meaningful dialogue with local communities.

In celebration of the newly launched National Geographic Signature with G Adventures collection, Khadija Amahal, an Indigenous Amazigh community member and newly appointed National Geographic Expedition Expert in Morocco, will explore the power of community, connection and storytelling.

The day will feature local Cambodian changemakers who have sparked meaningful impact in their communities.

DJ Earworm (aka Jordan Roseman) has also been revealed as the act for the GX closing party at Bayon Temple.

“GX was built to celebrate the transformative impact travel can have when it’s done right, and we are so excited to bring the GX energy to Cambodia, a country defined by its incredible resilience, history, and warmth,” G Adventures founder, Bruce Poon Tip said.

“After a week of seeing the power of travel to change lives firsthand, attendees will party into the night at the iconic closing party, and we’re pumped to welcome DJ Earworm to bring the beat.”

Community focused experiences  

The GX week will be packed with community focused experiences, including a private river cruise to the Silk Village where traditional weaving supports income for local artisans, and meals at vocational restaurants supporting youth training.

Attendees will also share lunch at a local homestay supporting conservation efforts in the area surrounding the ancient temple complex of Sambor Prei Kuk and tuk tuk rides around Angkor Wat driven by Lady  Tuk Tuk – an all-female team of drivers creating meaningful earning opportunities for women.
